What this diagnostic stores

We store your rubric answers, operating context, optional written response, calculated result, contact and company details, consent choice, attribution data, and delivery status. We hash your IP address with a private salt for abuse prevention and never store the raw address.

Your submission is sent to Aptum's n8n workflow and Airtable CRM so the report can be delivered and the inquiry can be handled. If you leave the Dead Reckoning checkbox selected, your email address, name, and Aptum Level are also sent to Kit. You can unsubscribe from that letter at any time.

Your report is available through an unguessable private link. It is excluded from search indexing, but anyone with the link can view it.
